Yes. It knows how to use all major property management software (PMS) like Appfolio and Rentvine, as well as additional tools such as LeadSimple, Aptly, and more.
While Kindred can work with any other software, a better question is whether it should work alongside them. Why would you need cookie-cutter automation tools when Kindred can “manually” do the work with a personal touch?

You can onboard Kindred like how you’d onboard a new employee. Provide the necessary account access and documentation before telling it what to do.
Don’t worry, you won’t have to teach Kindred how to be a property manager like a 5-year-old - Kindred already knows how to do its job, it just needs to know the specific processes unique to your company.

Some of our customers prefer to be upfront about Kindred being an AI to their tenants, while others prefer to omit Kindred’s identity before tenants/prospects explicitly ask for it.
Kindred will never lie about its AI identity and will always notify your team if a tenant/prospect is requesting to talk to a human.

Kindred does not make careless mistakes.
That said, like real people, in the face of imperfect human communication, Kindred may make incorrect assumptions despite using its best judgement. Kindred will attempt to clarify when it is unsure.
Kindred can discern contradictions in the database provided (policies, property information, etc.) and rectify with you during onboarding.
