Phillip owns a rental condo that was vacant for 7 months because his property manager was not placing tenants due to inefficient leasing and maintenance processes. This is where he got the idea of building an AI property manager.
With an extensive background in AI Engineering since long before ChatGPT, he is the architect of Kindred.

Kevin witnessed the frustration of property management first-hand through his wife’s 5-year-long career as a property manager before joining Phillip to launch KindredPM.
With a background in B2B software and consulting, Kevin designs frictionless deployment of AI for property management companies.
